Coaching, Consulting, and Programs

At Limitless Development, we’re committed to delivering meaningful, high-quality coaching, consulting, and educational experiences. Because our work involves personalized time, preparation, and intellectual property, our refund policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and respectful of both client and coach.

All coaching and consulting sessions are confirmed once payment is received.

Cancellations or Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or move a session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
Refunds: Fees for coaching, consulting, or program participation are generally non-refundable once services have begun. In exceptional cases—such as documented emergencies—partial refunds or credits may be considered at our discretion.
Packages and Multi-Session Programs: Refunds are not available after the first session, though unused sessions may be rescheduled within the agreed timeframe.

Courses, Workshops, and Events

Refund Policy - the basics

For online courses, workshops, and digital materials, all sales are final once access is granted. Because these offerings contain intellectual property and immediate value, refunds are not available after purchase.

For live events or group experiences:

Cancellations made 7 or more days before the start date may be eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future event.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are non-refundable, though you may transfer your registration to another participant with prior notice.

If you experience technical issues with digital products, please contact us, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.

Compassionate Consideration and Contact

We understand that unexpected life events can happen. If you experience a serious emergency or circumstance that prevents participation, please reach out. We handle refund and reschedule requests with compassion and fairness on a case-by-case basis.
